Kid Lit: Too Many Carrots

I received this book for free from the publisher via Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

Too Many Carrots by Katy Hudson

To be published on February 1, 2016.

Goodreads Summary:
Rabbit has too many carrots, which overtake his house. When he tries to move in with friends, more chaos ensues. Will Rabbit learn to change his selfish ways?

My Thoughts:
This book was super cute. I loved the story and the drawings. Rabbit has a problem. He's loaded his house full of carrots, and he has no where to sleep. His friends are nice enough to offer to let him sleep with them. The problem is that Rabbit's carrots keep ruining everyone else's house. In the end, Rabbit learns an important lesson.

My son and I both really enjoyed this story. The morals of friendship and sharing can never be overdone in children's literature. This book is definitely worth reading with your preschool and early elementary aged kids.

My Rating: 4 Stars
