Waiting on Wednesday: The Long Game...and The Fixer Read Along Giveaway

It's been a while since I've participated in Waiting on Wednesday, a weekly meme hosted by Breaking the Spine where you share a book you can't wait for.

Today I'm waiting on...The Long Game by Jennifer Lynn Barnes

This second book in the The Fixer series comes out on June 7th. In anticipation of the release, I am participating in @BloomsburyKids's read along and giveaway.

I loved The Fixer, so I'm excited to read it again!

Here's the line up for the read along:

May 9: All week, send us your favorite quotes from the book. We’ll design some of them and post on Twitter. Or, you can design your own to share.
May 10: (paperback goes on sale!) Are you the fixer or the fixee with your friends?
May 11: This book is “Veronica Mars meets Scandal.” Share your fave gif from one of those shows that describes your feelings as you read.
May 12: Who is your favorite character in The Fixer? Share your fancasts with us!
May 13: Okay no spoilers here, but did you see that ending coming??
May 16: Announce giveaway winner and get excited for The Long Game (out 6/7)

Want to join in? Post on your blog or on Twitter.

Unfortunately I haven't seen Veronica Mars or Scandal, so I can't share a favorite gif. Perhaps I should start watching both shows. :)

Enter to win a paperback copy of The Fixer from @BloomsburyKids.

  1. I haven't read the first book in this series but it looks like one I would enjoy. Adding both to my TBR now! Thanks for sharing (and the giveaway) :)

    1. Cool. The first one was really good. I need to re-read it though because I don't remember the details. I went back and read my review, so a little is coming back to me now, but not enough. :)

    1. You do! JLB is amazing!! I need to read some of her earlier books still. I got one for Christmas, and I still haven't read it. I suck. Haha.
