Top Ten Tuesday #27: Most Anticipated Releases for the Second Half of 2016

Today I'm talking about the new releases coming out during the second half of this year. I already wrote about my most anticipated reads from BEA, so I'm going to skip those titles and only mention other books I'm looking forward to. These are all books by authors I love.

Truly Madly Guilty by Liane Moriarty (July 26th)

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child by J.K. Rowling, Jack Thorne, & John Tiffany (July 31st)

Swear on This Life by Renee Carlino (August 9th)

Afterward by Jennifer Mathieu (September 20th)

What Light by Jay Asher (October 11th)

The Twelve Days of Dash & Lily by Rachel Cohn & David Levithan (October 18th)

A Portrait of Emily Price by Katherine Reay (November 1st)

The Sun Is Also a Star by Nicola Yoon (November 1st) - OK, I know this one was on my BEA list, but now that I've read Everything, Everything, I am looking forward to this book even more.

Bad Blood (The Naturals #4) by Jennifer Lynn Barnes (November 1st)

Heartless by Marissa Meyer (November 8th)

What books are you looking forward to later this year?

    1. I know!! I'm re-listening to all of the Harry Potter books in preparation for The Cursed Child. And I really would love to go see Liane Moriarty at the #Read conference in Savannah in September, but I don't think it's going to happen.

    1. I'm the same. I don't even know what it's about, but Everything, Everything was so wonderful, I just want to read something else by Nicola. :)

    2. I've been meaning to re-read them for ages. I devoured them each as they came out, but that was a long time ago. Time to re-visit them and with a new one coming out, there isn't a more perfect time!

    3. Yes! Jessica at The Quirky Bookworm is hosting a re-read marathon through June and July, so I figured I was due for a re-read as well. I think I've read them all at least 15-20 times already. They're my favorite books ever!

    1. Hi, Laura. Have you read Marissa Meyer's Lunar Chronicle series (Cinder, Scarlet, Cress, and Winter)? If not, check them out. They're amazing! They're slightly sci-fi (space opera she calls them) retellings of Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Rapunzel, and Snow White - all woven together. It's my second favorite series after Harry Potter. So well planned and so fun to read.
